PayPal purchase shows as Unclaimed and not able to download .apk

Ugh, don't make me remember a password:
"For security reasons, you will need an unique access code to open the App.
Please send us an email and we will reply with your unique access code."
Requires internet access to enter access code, so longevity of that working for a long period of time is highly suspect. Plus, I really don't want to put my device online because Facebook.
